Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us in advance will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last-minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies or illnesses or inclement weather may have the cancellation fee waived at the practitioner’s discretion.
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition, or if you are exhibiting a fever or any cold/flu-like symptoms. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion.
Late Arrival Policy
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Sessions that begin late due to the client’s late arrival will end at the scheduled time and the client will be charged for the full session.
For your first appointment, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time for the practitioner to go over your Health Intake form, explain your client rights, and to answer any questions you may have. For all other appointments, please try to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to undress to your level of comfort and get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience.
